Building A Successful Organization – Identifying Key Prospects

The weeding-out process, I would like to use the traffic light. This process will help you to identify who will, who won’t, and who to move on from. My program will work for anyone that is willing to learn. In our program, I share with you my twenty-four years of sales and network marketing experience with you.

When you are developing your business, network marketing venture, Su Su group, or simply building your team, there are three types of people you always meet. This is where I bring in my traffic light.

The Traffic Light System

  1. Red Light – People that don’t see an opportunity nor are they open to one.
  2. Yellow Light People – The are yielded but need some guidance and answers to be sold.
  3. Green Light People – The are ready to go! They see the opportunity the second you begin speaking.

Red Light People are they don’t see the opportunity, and they lack vision for advancement. Red light people will be the ones that will have many excuses for why it will not work. They have impoverished minds and normally poison everything around them.

Yellow Light People are yielded enough to listen to your idea.  This is where you have to instill vision in them. Many people don’t readily have a vision, plan, or strategy for life; you have to give them the vision. The yellow light people are listening to you, therefore, prepare a vision that they can buy into. (We will speak on instilling vision later and in the program in detail).

  • They become willing to follow as you answer their questions
  • Some may reluctant still and start to soften as handle all their objection without getting impatient. Impatience is a sign of lack of knowledge and lack of concern. John Maxwell says “people don’t care what you know until they know you care.”

Green Light People are ready, motivated, have been looking for an opportunity! Even still, you have to give them something that makes sense.
